New and innovative immobilised chiral phase by YMC!

In addition to our existing chiral phases, YMC introduce a new polysaccharide phase: CHIRAL ART Cellulose-SZ. The innovative immobilised chiral selector (CSP) is cellulose tris(3-chloro-4-methylphenylcarbamate), which to date has only been available as coated type from traditional suppliers (as e.g. OZ or Cellulose-2). Due to its immobilisation more flexibility in eluent- and sample solvent usage is provided.

CHIRAL ART Cellulose-SZ further extends YMC's chiral column portfolio consisting of several immobilised and coated polysaccharides. With the addition of this new phase, you can choose from 8 options!

Orthogonal separation of 14 structurally similar catecholamines using YMC-Triart PFP

Do you analyse structurally similar substances? Would you like to improve the separation or check for further substances?

This application note shows the separation of 14 structurally similar catecholamines using a simple RP gradient. YMC-Triart PFP displays an alternative selectivity to conventional C18 modifications so that a simultaneous analysis of these catecholamines is possible.

For the complete method details please download the application note.

New Application Note: Separation of 11 common cannabinoids using YMC-Triart C18

Do you analyse common cannabinoids?

This application note shows how you can separate a mixture of 11 of the most common cannabinoids using the robust and reproducible YMC-Triart C18 column. Separations of cannabinoids have proved challenging due to their similar structures and properties. YMC-Triart C18 provides the perfect selectivity for the separation of these 11 most common cannabinoids.
