NEW (U)HPLC RP-Columns for Proteins, Peptides and Antibodies – Now Available!

The all new YMC-Triart Bio C4 is a new widepore phase for (U)HPLC. Due to its 300 Å pore size, it is designed for peptide/protein separations. High pH- (1-10) and temperature stability (up to 90°C) is provided. Excellent reproducibility is guaranteed!

RP Analyses of Monoclonal Antibodies Using High Temperatures

Monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) are immunological active proteins, which bind specifically to certain cells or proteins. This will stimulate the immune system to attack those targets.
MAbs are very important for the treatment of different kinds of cancer and autoimmune diseases. Nowadays, a broad variety of therapeutical antibodies are available on the market and several more are in research and development.

Due to their molecular weight of about 150 kDa, intact antibodies are usually analysed by IEX, SEC or HIC. In addition, RP methods are an easy tool as well. However, lack of sensitivity and resolution has been a hurdle in the past. With modern RP phases, addressing the requirements of these analytes, it is easy to find a suitable method.
 
Successful analysis in RP mode for MAbs is enhanced by employing a widepore, temperature stable (>60°C), widepore stationary phase, like YMC-Triart Bio C4. Due to its extended stability, even temperatures up to 90°C can be applied using YMC-Triart Bio C4.

Glass Column Packing Service: Save time and purchase a prepacked glass column

Are you working on a tight schedule or are you lacking experience in efficiently packing glass columns?
There is a solution!
Rely on the experience of YMC and ask for a prepacked ECO or ECOPLUS column. Our experience of packing these columns is to your benefit.
 
You may choose from services which include packing of

  • ECO and ECOPLUS columns in standard and custom dimensions

Depending on your required bed length, you can choose a column from our standard portfolio. If you can’t find a suitable standard product, we will gladly discuss with you about a customized column.

  • new glass columns and refill of your used ECO or ECOPLUS column

You need to refill your existing ECO or ECOPLUS column? This service includes changing of frits and a quality control for the glass column, if desired.

  • stationary phases manufactured by YMC or by other stationary phase producers

Your method is restricted to the use of a certain stationary phase? Of course, we can pack your glass column according to your needs, using stationary phases manufactured either by YMC or by any other producer.
 
Here is how it works:

  1. You provide us with your requirements regarding ECO and ECOPLUS column hardware, stationary phase, packing parameters (e.g. bed length) and column performance.
  2. According to your needs, you will receive the corresponding quotation, including prices for column hardware, bulk material, consumables and work.
  3. The packing process is carried out according to routine procedures. Subsequent column testing will confirm that the required column performance has been achieved. SOPs and our experience make sure that your column will be of the highest quality.
  4. The column is released according to agreed requirements.
  5. Packaging according to SOPs guarantees that your column will be shipped safely to your laboratory.
